A massive and compact construction of the bending machine ensures correct bending of 3000 mm long sheet metal up to the thickness of 0.7 mm for many years without any deformations of the working elements. The bending machine is equipped with a total of 4 gas springs, two for the pressure beam and two for the bending beam - the total force of all the springs is 2620 N which gives the possibility of lifting about 265 kg! The side mechanisms of the machine are made with the use of brass bushings, which ensure long-lasting work without failure.

All machine working beams, i.e. fixed beam, bending beam and pressure beam, were made on numerically controlled CNC milling machines with a working length of at least 3500 mm , which allowed for their perfect milling.
