ZG-2500 series bending machines are equipped with two servomotors lifting the pressure beam and one servomotor lifting the bending beam. The ZG-2500/1.0 bending machine is mainly made for tinsmiths, ventilating companies and those working with sheet metal up to 2500 mm long and 1.0 mm thick. Obtaining such good parameters of the bending machine was possible through the use of thicker side mechanisms (instead of 25 mm it is 35 mm!), and a significant increase in cross-sections of working beams. In addition, the side mechanisms have brass bushings with direct lubrication in each rotating element, which increases the life of the device.

Narrow bending beam, i.e. 25 mm, and compact cross-sections of the pressure beam allow to perform a huge number of roofing works on one stable machine, even of ventilation ducts due to high lifting of the pressure beam - 80 mm! The possibility to work with a circular knife additionally adds functionality.
