The ZG-1600/2.5 bending machine is characterised by exceptionally large and rigid working mechanisms made on CNC machine tools. Thanks to such solutions the machine can bend metal sheets up to 2.5 mm thick. The bending machine is standard equipped with two gas springs at the pressure beam and two gas springs at the bending beam. The total force of all springs is 2820 N, which translates into the possibility of lifting 285 kg!

Bending parameters for maximum sheet thickness are maintained when bending a minimum width of the bending beam width, which is 30mm.
