The machine, in addition to the standard gas springs at the pressure beam, has an additional gas spring supporting the bending beam with a force of 850 N. More robust and reinforced side mechanisms (the use of mechanisms 40% larger than in ZG-1400/1.5) as well as the cross-sections of the working beams of the bending machine make it possible to bend steel sheet of a thickness of up to 2.0 mm with a yield point of up to 400 MPa. In spite of its small dimensions, the machine weighs as much as 230 kg, which is one of its most important advantages!
