The THS-1000 segment bending machine is a device used for bending thin sheets up to 0.8 mm thick for Rm

The height of the clearance between the base of the machine and the upper knives is as much as 102 mm. The clearance between the fixed beam segments and the pressure beam segments is 67 mm, which translates into a very wide range of possibilities for bending sheet metal flashings.

The THS-1000 segment bending machine is a machine with three divided beams, i.e. consisting of segments.

An innovative solution in this bending machine is that, thanks to the use of a special mounting system, the segments on all beams can be moved and detached without the use of keys. Another new development is that the pressure beam can be raised and lowered using a hand lever or by foot using a pedal. This allows for two-handed positioning and material handling.

The THS-1000 bending machine is ideal for performing work such as: chimneys, eaves roofs, firewall ends and many others.

The stable and massive structure ensures failure-free bending of steel sheets up to 0.8 mm thick.
